My business is entirely referral based and I work alone, when you hire me you get me. I am detailed oriented and have the experience to know how to identify potential problems. Every house is unique. In order the provide you with an accurate price for an inspection and to schedule adequate time to conduct the inspection I need to know the address of the house. Texting, emailing or calling is the best way to to schedule an appointment and obtain a price.

I am a licensed, bonded, and insured Oregon Certified Home Inspector (#478). I have been inspecting houses in the Portland area for over 20 years. I received my bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon and went on to work in construction and eventually started my own remodeling and construction company. I enjoyed the hands on work of restoring older homes and building new homes and learned many lessons from hard work and experience.
